At the beginning of July I start again with my beloved Nia intensive trainings. Finally! And in order to increase the anticipation even more, we have published all dates for 2020 and first dates for the coming year.

Quarantine measures for incoming and return travelers

§ 57 separation for incoming and return travelers; observation

(1) Persons who travel by land, sea or air from abroad to the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and have stayed in a risk area according to paragraph 4 at any time within 14 days before entering the country are obliged to to go straight to your own home or other suitable accommodation immediately after entry and to constantly separate yourself there for a period of 14 days after your entry; this also applies to persons who first entered another country in the Federal Republic of Germany. During this period, the persons named in sentence 1 are not permitted to receive visits from persons who do not belong to their household.
(2) The persons covered by paragraph 1 sentence 1 are obliged to inform the competent authority immediately and to point out the existence of the obligations under paragraph 1. The persons covered by paragraph 1 sentence 1 are further obliged to immediately inform the competent authority of any symptoms that indicate an illness with COVID-19 within the meaning of the current criteria of the Robert Koch Institute.
(3) For the time of separation, the persons covered by paragraph 1 sentence 1 are subject to observation by the competent authority.
(4) Risk area within the meaning of paragraph 1 is a state or region outside the Federal Republic of Germany for which there is an increased risk of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus at the time of entry into the Federal Republic of Germany. The risk area is classified by the Federal Ministry of Health, the Federal Foreign Office and the Federal Ministry of the Interior, for construction and home and is published by the Robert Koch Institute.

§ 58 exceptions

(1) § 57 subsection 1 sentence 1 does not apply to persons who only enter the Federal Republic of Germany or the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg; these have to leave the area of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg directly. The necessary transit through the area of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg is permitted.
(2) § 57 subsection 1 sentence 1 does not apply to persons who have a medical certificate in German or English, which confirms that there is no evidence of an infection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, and Submit this immediately to the competent authority on request. The medical certificate according to sentence 1 must be based on a molecular biological test for the presence of an infection with the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, which is carried out in a member state of the European Union or another state published by the Robert Koch Institute and for a maximum of 48 hours before entering the Federal Republic of Germany. The medical certificate according to sentence 1 must be kept for at least 14 days after entry.
(3) Exemptions may be granted in justified cases, provided that this is justifiable after weighing up all the concerns concerned.
(4) Paragraphs 1 to 3 apply only insofar as the persons designated there have no symptoms that indicate an illness with COVID-19 within the meaning of the current criteria of the Robert Koch Institute. If symptoms appear within 14 days after entry, which indicate a disease with COVID-19 within the meaning of the current criteria of the Robert Koch Institute, the persons in accordance with paragraphs 2 and 3 must immediately inform the competent authority.

§ 59 Transitional regulations for entry quarantine

Persons who were obliged to separate according to §§ 57 and 58 in the version applicable on June 15, 2020 are obliged to continue the separation until the expiry of the period of 14 days after their arrival. The obligation to separate does not apply if the requirements of § 58 subsection 2 or subsection 3 are met.
