Dear Nia community,

GOOD NEWS: in the past few weeks we have spoken to many authorities and studio owners and we are very happy to announce that almost all Nia Intensive trainings will take place in the summer.

I am really looking forward to welcoming Nia fans in Hamburg again, to travel to my Nia community in southern Germany and Sweden and to train offline again and dance with you.

All hygiene and distance regulations are observed during the belts. The studios are very big and offer a lot of space for every participant.

I also prefer personal contact and being in a group of nia dancers, but if that should not be possible in the future, then we have a very good alternative offer online for you.

We are still in the discovery phase regarding the online belt trainings.

When it comes to the entire Belt, there are currently two favorite ideas in the room:

1. The belt will be split in 16 weeks. You meet in the stream on a fixed day of the weeks. Then the participants can practice the content for a week and then meet again a week later.

2. We film all belt contents in advance and make the contents available digitally on a daily basis. Then the participants of this format can deal with the content beyond the day and are integrated in the daily classes in the stream in the real belt. In addition, Ann takes about 1-2 hours a day to answer the questions of the online participants (this would be a fixed time window, e.g. at noon). Then the participants of the real belt and those of the online format would be finished with their belts after a week.
